Your account
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your email, a password and the country you live in. Tick the box that says you're 18 or older and accept the terms. We email you a link; open it and your account is ready.
Why do I have to be 18?
Buying packs needs an account confirmed as 18 or over. You confirm it when you sign up, and it counts once your email is confirmed. Looking at packs, pools and odds needs no account.
Which countries do you sell to?
The EU, for now. There you can buy packs, add funds and use the Daily Drop. From most other countries you can still create an account, and buying opens there later. The Daily Drop doesn't run in every country we sell to; its page tells you if yours is one of them.
I've moved. How do I change my country?
Write to us from your account's email and name the new country. Support changes it for you.
How do I change my password?
Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. We email you a link, and you choose the new password there.
How do I close my account or get a copy of my data?
Write to us from your account's email and say which you want. You can ask for either at any time. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
Buying and paying
How can I pay?
By card, with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or from your wallet. Your bank confirms every card payment with 3D Secure, and if it doesn't, nothing is charged. Apple Pay and Google Pay are confirmed on your device. Payments through Link aren't accepted, so enter your card itself.
How does the wallet work?
You add funds by card, from €20, and packs are paid from your balance. Store credit is spent first, then deposited funds, and a card pays the rest. Card payments start at €10. Below that, the amount goes through your wallet, and what is left stays there for your next pack.
Why can't I pay for Sleeve by card?
Sleeve is paid from your wallet only. Binder and every pricier pack can be paid by card or from your wallet. One top-up covers several Sleeves, and the rest waits in your wallet.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price includes VAT and is the same in every country; nothing is added at checkout. A pack price is a card part and a 10% service fee plus VAT. Your receipt shows the card part, the service fee and the VAT on it.
Why is my card payment limited?
New accounts have card limits that protect against stolen cards. They grow as your account gets older, and your balance isn't affected.
My payment didn't go through. Was I charged?
If your bank didn't confirm the payment, nothing was charged. If a checkout ends after your card was charged, the money is in your wallet, and your wallet lists every movement.
Packs, Pulls and odds
What do I get when I buy a pack?
Every pack and pull has a fixed price and a published pool: each card it can hold, with its N01 value and its chance. The page says how many cards you get, and each one is a real Near Mint English copy.
Where can I see the odds?
On every pack page, before you buy. A band table shows how often a pack lands in each value band against its price. Then every card is listed with its chance as “1 in N”, and a card's pop-up gives the exact percentage. Cards within a band are equally likely.
What is the N01 value?
Our market price for a Near Mint English copy of the card, in euros. Pools, odds and trade-in offers all use it, and it is the value shown on your card.
What is a pool version?
Every pack draws from a published pool version, frozen when it goes live. Its fingerprint is printed on the pack page, and to change a pool we publish a new version. An unopened pack shows the current version and its odds before you open it, and draws from that one.
How do I know nobody picks my card?
When you open a pack, we sign a receipt and log it before a public random number from drand exists. Your card comes from that receipt and that number, by a published method, so anyone can repeat the maths. Paste a receipt ID into the checker and see for yourself.
Opening
Do I have to open a pack straight away?
No. Packs you buy wait unopened in My packs until you open them.
Can I skip the animation?
Yes. Tap Skip while it plays, or switch the opening animation off; that choice is saved on your device. The card is the same either way.
What if my connection cuts out while I open a pack?
After the pull
What can I do with the card I pull?
Keep it, ship it home or trade it in for store credit. You don't have to choose at once: the card waits in your collection, and there's no storage fee.
How does a trade-in work?
You get store credit at the card's N01 value minus a 10% trade-in fee plus VAT. A card worth €100 gives €87.50. For a set time after the pull, shown on the card, the value at the pull applies; after that, today's N01 value.
What can I spend store credit on?
Packs, single cards, sealed products and accessories here. It is spent before your deposited funds and never expires. It can't be withdrawn, transferred to anyone else or used for shipping.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
In Sweden, €8 for the first card and €3.90 for each extra card. In the rest of the EU, €12.50 and €3.90. Shipping is paid from your deposited funds.
Is my parcel covered?
A parcel worth more than €50 adds cover: €6 in Sweden, and 1.5% of the value above €50 in the rest of the EU.
How much can one parcel hold?
Cards worth up to €1,000 in Sweden and up to €250 in the rest of the EU. For more than that, write to us and we'll ship it together.
How long does delivery take?
Your cards reach you within 30 days of your request. Each one travels in a sleeve and a toploader, tracked to your door, and the tracking number shows in your shipments once the parcel leaves.
Can I cancel a shipment?
While it is still waiting to be packed, you can cancel it from your shipments page, and the shipping fee goes back to your wallet. After that, write to us.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
Tell us. We buy a new copy of the card and send it again at no cost to you. If no Near Mint English copy can be bought, you get store credit at the card's current N01 value, with no fee.
Bonus cards and points
What is the welcome pack?
One pack per account, ready once your email is confirmed. Every card in it and its odds show before you open it. Its card is a bonus card.
What is the Daily Drop?
One board a day for each account. Each result gives points, and now and then a bonus Sleeve; every chance is in the table on its page. Buying packs never adds boards or changes your chances.
When can I ship or trade in a bonus card?
Bonus cards unlock once you've spent €20 on full-price packs. Until then the card stays in your collection, locked. Spending by card or from deposited funds counts; a deposit on its own, bundles, codes and store credit don't. A bonus card still locked 12 months after you got it expires.
Why is my bonus card being checked?
Bonus cards and points are promotional, so before a bonus card is shipped or traded in we look at the account's activity. With no warning signs it goes straight through. If it is held, the answer shows on your account page, usually within a day, and you can write to us to ask for a review.
How do points work?
Points are a discount. When you pay by card or add funds to your wallet, switch on “Use points” at checkout. They cover up to 10% of the payment, a card payment stays at least €10, and they can't be combined with a bundle or code discount. The points part is added as store credit, and the checkout shows what your points are worth.
Do I get points when I buy?
Yes. Full-price purchases paid by card or from deposited funds earn cashback points, credited once the purchase can no longer be refunded. Store credit and bundles earn none, and a refund or a disputed payment takes the points back.
Do points expire?
Each point expires 12 months after you get it, and the oldest are used first. Points have no cash value. They can't be bought, transferred or withdrawn.
Refunds and your rights
Can I get a refund for a pack?
An unopened pack can be refunded for a while after you buy it; My packs shows until when. The money goes back to your wallet, each part to where it came from. Opened packs can't be refunded.
Can I get my deposited funds back?
Deposits you haven't spent can be refunded to the card they came from. Ask from your wallet, or write to us from your account's email and say how much. Store credit can't be refunded.
