Ehdot ostoksille N01:ssä, kaupassa, jota pyörittää Kuldra Capital AB.
Lyhyesti
- Talletetut varat voidaan palauttaa kortillesi.
Englanninkielinen teksti on voimassa.

01Who we are
N01 is run by Kuldra Capital AB, Skeppsbron 28, 111 30 Stockholm, Sweden, company number 559523-1340, VAT number SE559523134001. You can reach us at support@n01packs.com. Questions about your personal data go to privacy@n01packs.com. Our company details are at the end of these terms.
"We" and "us" in these terms mean that company. "You" means the person who holds the account. These terms apply to every purchase you make on N01, together with the documents they point to: Withdrawal and refunds, Shipping and delivery, the Daily Drop rules, and the odds on each product page. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy and the cookie notice.
02What we sell
We sell digital packs of real trading cards. You pay a fixed price in euros, open the product when you choose, and get real cards that are yours. Every card is a Near Mint English copy. We never pay out money for a card, and what you get is always a card.
- Single-card packs and Pulls give one card. The card is drawn from the product's pool at the odds on its page.
- Packs give five cards: one main card, drawn at the odds on the pack's page, and four base cards from a separate pool of lower-value cards, each equally likely and never the same card twice in one Pack.
Each product page shows the price, how many cards you get, every card in the pool with its N01 value, and the chance of each one. Our pages also show the value bands and their tiers (Common to Mythic). A tier is a name for how a card's value compares with the price of the product it came from, so the same card can have different tiers in different products.
The product page is the description of what you buy. Pictures of packs, cartridges and card backs are our own design and show the product's level, not its contents.
03Your account
You need an account to buy, open, trade in or ship. To open one you give an email address, a password and the country you live in, confirm that you are 18 or older, and accept these terms. A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the sign-up and sign-in pages.
You must be 18 or older. We record your confirmation when you confirm your email address. We may ask you to show your age later. If an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund what was paid for it.
One account per person. An account is personal: don't share it, sell it or hand it over. People in the same household may each have their own account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
You can open an account from anywhere except Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Syria. Buying, deposits and the Daily Drop are open only to accounts in a country we sell to, today the 27 member states of the European Union. The Daily Drop is not open in Belgium and Netherlands. Elsewhere you can sign up and look around, but you can't buy yet. You set your country once; to change it, contact us.
Your account gets an automatic display name ("Collector" and a number). It may be shown next to your pulls in the latest pulls feed. You can switch to Anonymous on your account page at any time.
04Prices, fees and VAT
Every price is in euros, includes VAT and is the same in every country we sell to. Nothing is added at checkout.
A price has two parts: the card part, which pays for the cards, and our service fee. The service fee is 10% of the price plus VAT on that fee. With 25% VAT that makes the fee 12.5% of the price and the card part 87.5%. The checkout and your order show the card part, the fee without VAT and the VAT on it.
We earn the same fee whichever card you get. In every paid product, the odds-weighted average N01 value of what you get equals the card part, to the cent. No card in the pool of a single-card pack or Pull is worth less than 50% of the price, and in a Pack the five cards together are never worth less than 50% of the price. How we make money shows the numbers.
Buying several packs of one kind at once can give a bundle discount (3% off 5 packs and 5% off 10 packs). Bundle and code discounts come out of our fee, never out of the card part.
If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we tell you before we take payment, or cancel the order and refund you in full if we have already taken it.
05Buying and paying
You can pay by card, through our payment provider Stripe, or from your wallet. A card payment is at least €10. The Sleeve is paid from your wallet only; if your wallet is short, you add at least €20 first, and what is left stays in your wallet.
Every card payment must be confirmed with 3D Secure, the check your bank runs in its own app or page. Apple Pay and Google Pay count as confirmed, because your device checks that it's you. A payment that isn't confirmed is never taken: the hold on your card is released and the order is cancelled.
How an order is made: you choose a product and how many (1 to 10). The checkout then shows the total, the card part, the service fee without VAT, the VAT on it, and how your wallet and card will pay. The price is held for 15 minutes while you pay. Until you confirm the payment you can go back, change the product or the number, or stop; nothing is charged. The contract is made in English when the payment succeeds and the product appears in My packs.
Your order page in your account shows what you bought, when, what you paid and how (card, deposited funds, store credit, or points used as a discount). Keep it as your record of the contract; these terms stay on this page under their version, and we send you the version you accepted if you ask.
- New accounts have card payment limits that grow with the account's age.
- The first 7 days after sign-up: up to €100 a day and €250 in any 7 days, with at most 2 payment cards
- Days 8 to 30 after sign-up: up to €300 a day and €1,000 in any 7 days, with at most 3 payment cards
- After 30 days: up to €1,000 a day and €3,000 in any 7 days, with at most 5 payment cards in 30 days
- After several failed card payments in a row, card payments pause for a while.
If a card payment reaches us after its order has expired, the money is added to your wallet as deposited funds and you can have it refunded to your card at any time.
06Opening and the draw
A product you buy waits unopened in My packs. There is no time limit for opening it.
When you open it, our server draws the card or cards from the pool version shown on screen at that moment, using a public random number that no one can know in advance. Each draw gets a signed receipt in our public fairness log, and the Fairness page explains how anyone can check it. Nothing about the result is decided on your device.
The pool of a product can change between purchase and opening, for example when card values move. It always follows the rules in the Prices section. Before you open, the page shows the version the draw will use and its odds; if it is not the one you saw when you bought, you can still cancel the product while its refund window is open.
Before you open a product, you confirm that it opens at once and that, once it is opened, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to it. We keep a record of that confirmation with the time, the terms version and the pool version and odds shown. The Withdrawal and refunds page explains what this means.
The opening is an animation of a result already drawn, and it always stops on that card. Other cards from the pool, including valuable ones, pass by for show; which of them pass close says nothing about your chances, which are the odds on the product page. You can skip the animation at any time.
Opening can't be undone, and the cards drawn are final. If the draw is interrupted, it finishes with the same draw as soon as the service is back.
While a product's pool is being rebuilt, opening may pause for a while. A paused product can be opened once it is back, or cancelled while its refund window is open.
07Card values
Each card has one N01 value: our estimate of the market price of a Near Mint English copy in euros, worked out from several market sources and updated through the day. It sets the pools, the odds, the tiers and trade-in offers.
The N01 value is an estimate, not a promise of what you could sell the card for elsewhere. It can go up or down after you get the card.
08Your cards
The cards you get are yours. Cards you keep stay with us in your collection, with no storage fee, until you ship them home or trade them in.
Some cards in a pool are already in our stock; others we buy after they are drawn. You always get the card you drew. If no Near Mint English copy of it can be bought, we offer you an equivalent card or store credit at its full current N01 value with no fee, and you choose which.
You can't send cards, store credit, deposited funds or points to another account, and customers can't sell to each other on N01.
09Trade-in
You can trade in a card from your collection, or every card of a Pack still with you at once, for store credit. You get the card's N01 value minus our trade-in fee of 10% plus VAT, 12.5% in all.
Within 72 hours of the draw, the value used is the card's value when you drew it. After that it is the current N01 value; if a card has no current value, we can't make an offer until it does.
We show the exact credit before you confirm. A trade-in can't be undone. Bonus cards can be traded in once they are unlocked.
10Your wallet: deposited funds, store credit and points
Deposited funds are money you add to your wallet by card: at least €20 and at most €500 at a time. They pay for products and shipping, and earn no interest. Deposited funds you haven't spent can be refunded to the card they came from at any time, at no cost: write to support with the amount.
Store credit comes from trade-ins, from points used as a discount, and sometimes as compensation. It is spent before deposited funds. It never expires while your account is open. It can't be withdrawn, paid out, refunded to a card or transferred, and it doesn't pay for shipping. Store credit buys products in our shop: today packs, and singles, sealed products and accessories when we sell them.
Points come from the Daily Drop and as cashback: 10 points for every €1 (1%) actually paid on full-price purchases by card or deposited funds. They have no cash value and can't be bought, transferred or withdrawn. Each point expires 12 months after you earn it, the oldest first. Points are a discount, never a price: when you pay by card or add funds, you can switch on "Use points" and they take up to 10% off the payment, at 1,000 points to €1. The rules are in the Daily Drop rules.
11Shipping
You can ask us to ship cards from your collection to an address in a country we sell to. Shipping is charged per parcel, shown in full before you confirm, and paid from deposited funds. Charges, holds, tracking and what happens if a parcel is lost are on the Shipping and delivery page, which is part of these terms. The risk stays with us until the parcel reaches you.
12Bonus cards, points and the Daily Drop
The welcome pack and the bonus Sleeve from the Daily Drop are promotions: you don't pay for them. The cards in them are bonus cards. Bonus cards unlock once your account has spent €20 of real money on full-price products. Until then you can keep them, but not trade them in or ship them. What counts is card payments and deposited funds spent on full-price packs, each pack once it is opened or its refund window has ended; deposits alone, bundles, discount codes, store credit and the points part of a payment don't count, and a refund or dispute that takes the account back under that amount locks the cards again. A bonus card still locked 12 months after it was drawn expires. The welcome pack must be claimed within 365 days of confirming your email. A bonus Sleeve must be claimed within 30 days of the drop.
Before a bonus card is shipped or traded in, we may review the account's activity. The full rules, including the review and its grounds, are in the Daily Drop rules, which are part of these terms. Cards and money you paid for are never affected by them.
13Withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel a product you haven't opened within 14 days of buying it with the Refund button in My packs. Opening a product ends the right of withdrawal for it, after the confirmation described above. Deposited funds can be refunded to your card, store credit can't. The details and the model withdrawal form are on the Withdrawal and refunds page, which is part of these terms.
14Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first at support@n01packs.com. We look into it and refund you where you are entitled to it.
If you dispute a card payment with your bank (a chargeback), we hold what that payment paid for while the dispute is open: the money left from it, unopened products, and cards it paid for that are still with us. Points cashback from that payment is taken back and isn't given back, whatever the outcome, and the payment stops counting toward unlocking bonus cards.
If the dispute is decided in our favour, the hold ends. If it is decided against us, we take back what that payment paid for and is still with us: the money left, unopened products, cards still in your collection, and store credit from trading in those cards. If that doesn't cover the amount returned to you, the rest is a debt you owe us, the account is restricted while it is open, and you can ask us how to settle it. Cards and money you paid for in other ways are not touched.
15Restricting and closing accounts
We may restrict an account, so that it can't buy, deposit, open, trade in, ship or take part in the Daily Drop, only for these reasons:
- we reasonably suspect fraud, or a payment card that isn't yours, for example when a card is already used on another account or more cards are used than the limits allow;
- a payment dispute was decided against you and money is owed;
- the account holder is under 18 or gave false information;
- one person holds several accounts, or accounts act together, to abuse promotions;
- the account is used by automated or scripted means;
- the law or a sanctions rule requires it; or
- a serious breach of these terms.
While an account is restricted you can still sign in and see your cards, products and balances. Write to support@n01packs.com and we tell you the reason, unless the law stops us. A person on our team reviews the decision when you ask, and you can give your view. A restriction never takes away cards or money you paid for, except as the Payment disputes section says after a lost dispute.
Closing your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@n01packs.com from the account's email. Before we close it, we tell you what is still on it so you can decide: unopened products can be refunded while their refund window is open, cards can be shipped or traded in, and we refund unspent deposited funds to your card. Store credit and points can't be paid out, so spend them first; they end, with locked bonus cards, when the account closes. What we keep after closing, and why, is in the privacy policy.
16What you must not do
Don't use bots, scripts or other automated means on N01. Don't try to break, overload or get around our security, limits or bot checks. Don't use someone else's payment card or account, give false information, or use N01 for anything unlawful.
17Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you buy as described, and for the cards we ship being the cards you drew, in English and in Near Mint condition. You have every right consumer law gives you. Under Swedish law you can complain about a fault for up to three years after delivery; tell us within a reasonable time after you notice it, and we replace the card or, if we can't, refund you as the law requires.
We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as a failure of the public random number service or a postal strike. In those cases we finish the draw, delivery or refund as soon as we can. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.
18Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, in our services or in how a feature works. We tell you about a change on the site and by email before it applies, at least 15 days ahead when it is to your disadvantage.
Each account stores the version of the terms it accepted. You accept a new version at your next purchase or deposit. If you don't want to, you can stop buying, ship or trade in your cards, have unspent deposited funds refunded and close your account. A change never applies to a purchase already made.
19Complaints and the law
Contact us first at support@n01packs.com. We answer as soon as we can and aim to resolve every complaint within 30 days.
If we can't agree, you can take the dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We take part in ARN's process and follow its recommendations. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you with a complaint against a Swedish trader.
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. You can bring a claim in the courts of Sweden or of the country where you live, and we can bring a claim against you only in the courts of the country where you live.
These terms are in English, and the English text applies. If one clause is invalid, the others still apply. We send notices to the email on your account and show them in your account.
